Payment: $200 per person plus Protection Plan within 5 days of booking. Final payment due 45 days before departure. Published air requires payment within 24 hours of booking.

Last Minute Bookings: 48 hours before departure.

Airfare: Airfare based on roundtrip trans-Pacific travel and is subject to change and guaranteed only when paid in full or with purchase of Protection Plan.

Fly-Drive: Car rental is mandatory and minimal rental period required.

Form of Payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, agency check..

Documents: Sent two weeks before departure to travel agency.

Change and Cancellation Fees: All fees are per person per revision or cancellation. Holiday penalty in parenthesis below effective 3/31 — 4/15/07, 12/16/07-1/3/08.

Change:
Revisions include change in accommodations, date, itinerary and name. Once travel has begun, airline routing and/or class of service changes are not permitted.

More than 30 day prior to departure: $25 ($ 50)
Within 8 — 29 days of departure: $75 ($150)
Within 0 — 7 days of departure: $75 ($150) plus 2 nights hotel

Cancellation:
More than 30 day prior to departure: $ 75 ($150)
Within 8 — 29 days of departure: $150 ($300)
Within 0 — 7 days of departure: $150 ($300) plus 2 nights hotel

Refunds: Considered upon written application within 30 days after travel. $150 service charge without Protection Plan purchase. No refunds for partially used roundtrip tickets.

Physical Disabilities: Customers requiring special services must disclose when reservations are requested. Wheelchair accessible rooms can be requested but may not be guaranteed. Standards may vary by property or country and are not within the control of Hawaii World.

Baggage Insurance: We recommend purchasing our protection Plan Plus for baggage insurance. Without coverage Hawaii World nor your travel agent is responsible for loss or damage.

Rental Car: Pre-paid 24-hour day; gas, insurance, drop charge, overtime costs, 2nd driver charge are not included and are paid directly to Avis or Dollar. Driver must be 21 with valid driver's license plus major credit card or $50 per day deposit. Drivers 21 to 24 pay under age daily surcharge directly to Avis or Dollar. Additional drivers must be at least 25 years old. Highway use tax, vehicle licensing fee included, except with hotel car packages; then taxes are paid directly.

Lost Tickets: $100 application charge per trans-Pacific ticket or voucher with Protection Plan, $200 without Plan. Vouchers not refundable if lost.

Brochure and Web Site Information: Values are subject to change, restrictions may apply. Final itineraries reflect current specials and values. Hotels reserve the right to add or change resort fees or parking fees. Vendors reserve the right to add or change any fees that are paid directly by traveler.

Protection Plan: Hawaii World offers an optional Protection Plan, which allows passengers to revise or cancel their vacation package. This plan is not insurance and should not be confused with more comprehensive traveler's insurance programs. The Plan must be purchased at time of deposit and is non-refundable in part or in whole. At the time of reservation, your travel agent will provide complete details of coverage and exclusions.

Protection Plan Plus offers insurance coverage provided under a Master Policy issued by BCS Insurance Company. Detailed description, conditions, exclusions and limitations will be provided with final documents or you may view link by clicking here.

Responsibility: The responsibility of Hawaii World and the travel agent is limited. Hawaii World and the travel agent act as agents for supplier-principals, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, who furnish lodging, transportation, and other services, and who are identified on Hawaii World's brochures and other promotional materials, itineraries, and vouchers. Hotel or airline special requests are not guaranteed. Hawaii World and the travel agent shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay to any person, property (including baggage), or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other service provided by such principals. Hawaii World and the travel agent shall further shall not be liable for any damages to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, illness, local laws, weather, strikes, thefts, pilferage, defaults, or cancellation or delay of or changes in itineraries or schedules. Hawaii World reserves the right to withdraw at any time any tour or accommodations represented in its promotional materials, and to substitute hotels, airlines or alter the itinerary as it may deem necessary. No refund for any unused portion of the tour can be made. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchase of these tours.
