Built in 1908, the 235 room Elbow Beach hotel is Bermuda's first world-class property. The 50-acre landscaped grounds gently slope down to a ½ mile-long private beach and nearby reef with shipwreck. Bermuda's traditional architecture of pastel painted limestone exteriors with white-tiered "cake-icing" roofs is reflected in the four-story main building, the cottage colony and Royal Suites. |
