Everyone at Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World wants you to have the vacation of your dreams.

While on vacation we take care of you seven days a week on our Customer Service line, 800.848.9118. We help extend your stay, return early, change hotels, whatever you need to enhance your vacation.

Our Protection Plans protect your vacation investment. The Protection Plans are available for purchase up to time of final payment and are non-refundable.

Change and Cancel Fees without Protection Plan Purchase: All fees are per person per change or cancellation. Peak travel dates are: 3/27/10 – 4/17/10, 11/20/10 – 11/28/10, 12/16/10 – 1/3/11, 4/16/11 – 5/7/11, 11/19/11 – 11/27/11 and 12/16/11 – 1/3/12. All air, hotel and car penalties that apply plus Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World fees listed below.

Refund Processing: $150 on unused land services within 30 days of return.

Purchase guarantees prices and waives fees on changes or cancellation, up to day of scheduled departure providing changes are made through Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World. Rates are per person, adults are 18 and older, children are 17 and younger. Festive Season travel dates: 12/16/10 – 1/3/11 and 12/16/11 – 1/3/12.

Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World offers an optional Protection Plan which allows travelers to change or cancel for any reason up to the day of scheduled departure. This plan can be purchased up to time of final payment. Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World guarantees price with purchase of Protection Plan or when reservation is paid in full. All changes must be made through Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World or penalties apply. The Protection Plan is not insurance, Cancel Anytime Protection Plan Plus is insurance provided under a Master Policy issued by BCS Insurance Company.

• One airline change or cancel fee once ticketed
• Hotel Fees

EXCLUSIONS: No shows, non-refundable airfares or hotel rates, restricted rates, name errors, increases or fees due to voluntary name change, increases on taxes, fees or surcharges imposed.

CANCEL ANYTIME PROTECTION PLAN PLUS:

• 100% coverage applies to cancellations due to Medical, Involuntary Job Loss and Terrorist reasons.
• 80% coverage applies to cancellations due to other covered reasons
• Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World Protection Plan coverage listed

EXCLUSIONS: No shows, name errors, increases or fees due to voluntary name change, increases on taxes, fees or surcharges imposed by hotels, car rental companies, airlines or government, imposed fees paid directly to hotel and hotel car packages, airline schedule changes. NOTE: Cancellation can be made at any time up to 12:01a day of scheduled trip departure. Up to $5,000 maximum level of coverage valid for all pre-paid expenses per person.

Protection Plans are available up to time of final payment. All passengers on the same booking or cross-reference bookings sharing the same unit or car must purchase Protection Plans. We reserve the right to issue airline tickets as we deem necessary. Car is mandatory to qualify for fly drive. Once travel has begun, changes to dates, flights must be in the same class of service, no refund. Distinguished Resorts Hawaii World reserves the right to change Protection Plans coverage, prices, and/or inclusions at any time.
